Abemaxen 150 Tablets — Abemaciclib 150 mg (60 Tabs) Everest

Prescribed by oncologists for the treatment of adult patients with:

• 🔹 HR+/HER2- Advanced or Metastatic Breast Cancer:
  • In combination with an aromatase inhibitor as initial endocrine-based therapy.
  • In combination with fulvestrant for patients with disease progression following endocrine therapy.

Sales Unit: Box containing 60 film-coated tablets (150 mg strength). This provides exactly a 30-day supply.

⚠️ APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

• Standard Dosage: 150 mg (one tablet) taken orally twice daily.
• Administration: Take at approximately the same times each day (morning and evening). Swallow whole with water. Can be taken with or without food. Do not chew, crush, or split tablets.
• 🚫 Dietary Restriction: Avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice completely.
• ✋ Missed Dose: If a dose is missed or vomiting occurs, skip that dose and take the next one at the usual time.

• ⛔ Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Strictly contraindicated due to fetal toxicity.
• Hypersensitivity to Abemaciclib.
• Severe hepatic impairment (requires dose reduction).
• End-stage renal disease requiring dialysis.

Regular blood tests (CBC) and liver function tests are mandatory. Potential side effects include:

• 🚽 Diarrhea: Very common (especially early in treatment). Hydration and antidiarrheal medication are often needed.
• 🩸 Hematologic: Neutropenia (low white blood cell count), anemia, thrombocytopenia.
