We ensure that you receive the necessary medications as quickly and safely as possible. Below: delivery within Ukraine and shipping to any part of the world.
Delivery within Ukraine
Shipping is carried out by the "Nova Poshta" service. Delivery time usually takes 1–3 days depending on your location.
After shipping, you will receive an SMS with the tracking number (TTN) to track your parcel.
International Delivery
We ship orders to any part of the world. To countries near Ukraine (EU, Moldova, the Baltics, etc.) we often use scheduled buses — where such routes are available, it is faster and more economical.
To other countries and regions — international mail and courier services (EMS, DHL, UPS, FedEx, and others). Transit time and cost depend on the country and carrier rates.
Payment Methods
Pay on Delivery (COD)
For delivery within Ukraine: you pay for the goods at the Nova Poshta branch after inspecting the parcel. This is the safest method for new clients.
Card Payment
Full prepayment to a bank card. For Ukraine — you save on Nova Poshta's money transfer commission.
International orders
Cross-border delivery requires 100% prepayment for products plus payment for shipping before dispatch. We start preparing your order only after the full amount is received.
About Nova Poshta Commission
When choosing "Pay on Delivery", Nova Poshta charges a money transfer fee: 20 UAH + 2% of the order amount. This fee is paid by the recipient.
Important
Please check the integrity of the packaging and the completeness of the order directly at the branch upon receipt. In case of damage, file a claim on the spot.
