Mounjaro in plain words: tirzepatide, KwikPen and what to check on the pack
Right now search is almost one main word: Mounjaro. Behind it is not a “magic shot for everyone”, but a specific active substance, tirzepatide, from the pharmaceutical group Eli Lilly.
This article is not a medical prescription and not an injection how-to. Which form and strength you should use is decided only by the treating doctor. We want to unpack calmly what is printed on the factory carton, how pens differ from vials, and how to find your way in the Unifarm catalogue.

What sits behind the name Mounjaro
Tirzepatide is a newer peptide molecule that acts on two types of gut receptors at once (GLP-1 and GIP). That is why it is more accurate to call it a medicine in its own right, not “a new Ozempic”. In news feeds the same substance sometimes appears as Zepbound — another brand for the same molecule.
An original pack from our catalogue always carries three key markers: the Latin name tirzepatide, the manufacturer’s Lilly logo, and the exact milligram strength the doctor wrote.
KwikPen and vials are different items
The form that most often appears on prescriptions is Mounjaro KwikPen. It is a pen injector, pre-filled with a solution for subcutaneous use once a week (Once weekly). One such pen holds several doses.

Each step is a separate product card in the catalogue:

Cold chain and Nova Poshta delivery
Tirzepatide is a temperature-sensitive medicine. The product card always states the storage range: +2 to +8 °C.

- Integrity: it is a factory pack, with no sign of opening or extra stickers over the original text.
